We strive to be flexible, so if you have particular needs or budget constraints, contact the team and we’ll discuss options.

Parking

Each studio offers complimentary parking. Extra spaces can be requested and are charged per vehicle, depending on availability. All vehicles are required to display a valid parking permit, which can be obtained from the studio team upon arrival.

Deliveries & collections

We aim to accommodate deliveries and collections whenever possible, but capacity may be limited during peak times. For early deliveries or late collections, please request a delivery form from the team ahead of time and wait for confirmation before arranging transport.

Storage charges might apply for multiple items or longer durations. We are not responsible for items delivered before your booking or left after wrap.

Payment terms

Full payment for the studio hire must be made in advance to confirm your reservation. Cancellation policies are detailed in our T&Cs.

Equipment & kit hire

Lighting, grip, and production equipment are available through our equipment partner GAS Hire.
Share your kit list with the team, and we’ll advise on availability and provide a quote.

Waste & recycling

Standard waste disposal is included, using the bins provided within your hired area. Any additional waste removal must be agreed in advance and will incur extra charges, payable prior to your visit.

Any waste left outside the agreed terms may incur charges after the booking.

Catering

In-house catering is provided by NOCO, who operate on site and are familiar with the rhythm of studio shoots. Catering can be scheduled with your booking, offering options from basic crew lunches to comprehensive on-set service.
External caterers are not allowed.

Access & loading

All studios provide easy load-in options, with drive-in access depending on the reservation. Please notify us in advance of any large vehicles or special access needs so we can accommodate accordingly.

Studio hours & overtime

Studio hire includes only the agreed access hours. If you need to stay longer, overtime may be available and will be charged extra.
Please inform the team as early as possible if you anticipate running over your scheduled time.

Insurance

All productions are required to have valid public liability insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested before your booking.
